Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Handmade or one-of-a kind jewelry and creations
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
No Refund Policy for Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a digital product from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- No refunds: We do not offer refunds on digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, online courses, software, templates, and digital downloads.
- Instant access: Digital products are delivered to you instantly upon purchase, so we are unable to provide refunds once you have accessed or downloaded the product.
- No warranty: We make no warranties, express or implied, about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of our digital products for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for determining whether a digital product is suitable for your needs.
- Non-transferable: Digital products are non-transferable and cannot be resold, shared, or distributed to others without our prior written consent.
- Payment disputes: Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you in relation to a digital product purchase will result in immediate termination of your access to the product and may result in legal action.
By purchasing a digital product from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to be bound by its terms.
No Refund Policy for Handmade Items
All sales of handmade items are final and non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or grossly misrepresented. By purchasing a handmade item from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- No refunds: We do not offer refunds on handmade items, including but not limited to jewelry, clothing, accessories, and home decor.
- Damaged or misrepresented items: If you receive a handmade item that is damaged or grossly misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement of the item.
- Non-transferable: Handmade items are non-transferable and cannot be resold, shared, or distributed to others without our prior written consent.
- Unique and one-of-a-kind: Handmade items are unique and one-of-a-kind, so there may be variations in color, size, and texture from the product photos and descriptions.
- Care instructions: Handmade items may require special care instructions, which will be provided with the item. Failure to follow these care instructions may void any refund or warranty.
By purchasing a handmade item from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to be bound by its terms.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, uniques handmade and digital items, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at JosephJaneVintage@gmail.com and send your item to return address provided at needed time.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: return address provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
