Some exciting news! I was talking to my mentor today about how my blog is going, as well as the other income streams I’m creating at the moment. I mentioned to him that I was thinking about video blogging, vlogging, and wanted to know if that is something that I can combine with my blog right here at The Beautiful Person. Well, it totally is doable and it’s very easy to connect the two!

I’m going to be vlogging! Yeah! I have done some video posts in the past and I love it. Yes, I do need more practice, but I’m sure it will make connecting with you all so much easier for me. Connecting with others brings me so much and gratitude. I find it enriching to share special thoughts and moments with other Beautiful Persons such as you. I find video allows me to be completely genuine and relatable. Someday I will be one of those highly skilled video editors, but for now, I’ll keep it as authentic as possible. I can’t wait to hear from you and share in our journey.

Time to get really uncomfortable so that we can grow! What makes you uncomfortable?

Since I have been working on my business, I find that less structure in my everyday life allows for a great deal of procrastination. It is so easy to be lazy or put things off.

  • “I’ll sleep in this morning”
  • “I can do it later”
  • “I’ll put it on my list for tomorrow”
  • “This other thing (that totally isn’t) is more important”
  • “It can wait”

No, it can’t wait. Get to work. Yea, it’s really easy to say that to you as I’m sitting here tonight and I was supposed to get a new post out this afternoon. It’s HARD. Have you ever heard the term “it’s simple, but it’s not easy”? Making the daily changes that bring you to the person you desire to be living the life you dream to have is very simple. You wake up earlier. You buy a journal for logging your daily intentions and reflections. You start getting ready for bed an hour earlier. You buy new clothes that will be cute to workout in. You plan your meals for the week in advance. These are all simple things. But life can make it un easy to to follow through. And since it’s comfortable to stay where you are, it’s easier, right. Well, that depends on how happy you are with where your life is at.

Take five minutes, right now. Or right before bed to really check in with where you’re at.

  • Do you want more out of life?
  • Can you break it down into simple steps you can follow? (Yes, of course you can)
  • Can you add one step a month , one step a, week, one step a day?
  • Can you pace yourself to set you up for success?

21 days to form a habit 90 days to change a lifestyle. Or something like that! Pick one thing to do tomorrow morning when you wake up that will bring a positive breath to start your day.
