Hola! I have been in Spain since the 8th of March. I also had my nails done with powder polish and they are so strong and beautiful and LONG that it is hard to type! Even texting has been quite challenging because they are so long. Along with the terrible internet connection I haven’t been able to post all week.

Anyway, it’s been a FABULOUS trip. I don’t like to call my travels vacations anymore because I feel like this is the lifestyle I want to live and traveling is not the same as vacation. If I acted like I was on “vacation” every time I traveled I’d be 500 pounds!

Traveling is more of my way of life. Therefore, I need to fast or eat most of my first meals after 12p just like at home. Yes, I do occasionally need a vacation in all the sense of what a vacation is. Take this week, for example, I have checked on my Amazon sales a couple of times and not been able to work on my blog so I just dove into the lack of technology. It’s been wonderful. Today is a rest day. I haven’t had a rest day since last Sunday.

For traveling with an elderly group, we’ve been going pretty hard, 6:30a wake ups, 12 hour day-long bus trips, and more steps then I’ve taken in the last month all in one week. And those damn bus seats are as tight as airline seats now maybe even tighter. It’s ridiculous! I’m not a small person. Never have been, but I’m currently heavier then I’m comfortable with because of my ankle pain keeping me sidelined for months until I recently said enough is enough, I need to get in shape so that my body moves better. Particularly when it comes to being squeezed into a space that only a 5’2″ pre-teen should comfortably fit.

I started going to the gym on February 14th, as I have mentioned earlier, because I thought “Valentine’s Day, why not love yourself the most”! I even hired a personal trainer. I’ve been trying to convince myself for months that a trainer will help me be more rigid and focused on my goals so I went for it, finally. I know how to exercise. I went to school for it for Pete’s sake. But, with my disability causing me enough mental hurdles to overcome, I figured I’d outsource some of the work to streamline my efforts. Something I’ve been thinking about doing for my other business as well.

I did my first session on the day I was leaving for Spain…BAD idea. My arms could barely move for the entire weekend. I’m glad it didn’t kick in until after all the traveling and unpacking. But I’m excited to get back and work out with him again next week. It is certainly helpful to hire someone to keep you accountable. P.S. I’m available as an accountability coach for you! It is certainly life changing to be held accountable by someone else that has your best interest at heart.

Back to Spain…I’ll write another post expanding on this because my cousins are up and ready to go out. Be careful when using the bathroom. Most of them throughout my travels this week did not have locks on the doors. If you are looking to save money, get the vino. Water costs more than wine does in this country. I think this is a great thing. Besides, it’s more fun to drink wine. Salud!

Buenos Dias mi favoritas! Me amo, the Beautiful Person!
