Just kidding, I am a new me everyday that I put in the intention and effort.

I know, even more cheesy then the title.

Anyway, on to serious business…I came up with this idea from one of the top sellers in Isagenix (I’ll tell you all about that another time). Her name is Ciji. She’s one of the first people that I started following when I began my Isa journey. She is a great leader and is always finding ways to push herself to try new things and grow.

She just did a vegan challenge and filled us in on how it went. That it wasn’t that bad and that she actually quite liked the experience. This gave me an idea. How to change things up and push my growth to new levels exponentially, because Lord knows i’ve been procrastinating.

Here’s my plan: 2019 12 30-day challenges.

Yes that means that every 31st day I get to eat a box of mac and cheese without any guilt what-so-ever (Kraft, because it’s the best thing ever invented).

I need your help. I have come up with a few challenges. I’m about 8 short of the year.

  1. -alcohol
  2. -dairy
  3. -strict 30-day Isagenix
  4. +15 days of exercise (trust me, this is a stretch from where I currently am. I think I worked out in March maybe.)
  5. -eating outside of the house (no buying food outside a supermarket).
  6. +Go on 1 date per week (or try my very best. I can write a completely different blog about dating around NY these days.)
  7. -No complaining (that’s 30 days in a row…that one could take 3 months or so)
  8. +Swim 3 days a week (This might only be viable for July and August)
  9. +Meditate
  10. +Journal
  11. +50 squats/5 30-sec planks
  12. -Get out of bed by 10 am (This may sound stupid, but I love laying in bed in the morning and waste plenty of time scrolling on my phone that this will be challenging for me. PS I go to bed between 12-1a.

Maybe I don’t need as much help as I initially thought. But any ideas you want to send my way will be thoroughly pondered.

Thank you, Beautiful People!
