It’s January 6th, 2019, I have yet to start any of my resolutions. Complete transparacy.

I decided to stay prolong my visit with family. Which means enjoying our time together and getting mentally prepared to add some uber healthy habits to my 2019 lifestyle.

Here are 5 things I will be starting as of tonight.

  • I will be in asleep by 11:45p each night
  • I will start my day with warm water with either lemon, ginger. Followed by Ionix. Then a shake.
  • Journal upon waking.
  • Meditate before sleeping.
  • Move for 20 minutes each day.

I realize this may seem like a lot of changes. If you need to, go ahead and add one goal to your daily routine. Go to bed at a chosen time. As you know from reading my other blog post, sleep is a vital part of a healthy, beautiful person.

This journal makes it super simple to start your day off on the right step. Make the small investment to buy one or something similar. You can write in a notebook if you’d prefer not to spend any money, but I think the journal lays out exactly what you need to set good intentions and find gratitude.

Change is all up to you. Where do you want to start? How much do you need to stick to your goals? Are you truly ready to be the Beautiful Person you’re meant to be?

You are comitting to yourself. You are investing time, energy, and a minimal amount of money into yourself. This is a personal year 9 for me. I’ve begun studying numerology and in numerology a year 9 is a year of completion, endings, conclusions, deaths, divorce, and transformation. The transformation from today is unlimited and extremely exciting.
