Choosing to be happy

Did you know that it is 100% your choice whether you to be happy or not. This is the biggest secret that you need to learn how to unlock. It completely changes your life. 

Which do you love:

Chocolate or Vanilla ice cream?

Morning or Night?

Snow Bird or Sun worshipper?

Friends or Big Bang Theory?

Crinkle cut, curly, wedge, shoestring?

Now, do you hate the other option from the one you chose? NO Why would you have to hate something because it is not what you love. There is no need to bring that kind of energy into your energy field. You don’t have to give it any value at all. I love Chocolate, Sleeping in, Warmth, Friends, and Wendy’s. I have no need to give any of those other choices negative energy. They can just exist without my opinion on them. 

Let’s make this more relatable.  Is there someone in your life that did you harm or that you feel caused you a disservice or malice?

LET IT GO. Any negative feelings towards a person or situation are only harming you. Have you ever heard the phrase: 

Can you picture drinking poison and expecting the other person to hurt because you want them to? Does that make you feel better? HELL NO!

I’m positive you do not feel better. Try this: Send LOVE. Wish them well and spread Love. You know why?

Because the Universe runs on love and it is the best way to get yourself some amazing magic in return. Try it. Trust me. The Universe wants to bring you good things. The more love you send out there the more it wants to bring to you to help you be the most Beautiful Person.

Get rid of the completely unnecessary negative energy. Chose what you love. Follow the path you LOVE. And let the rest go be nothingness. Don’t give it any of your attention. I don’t hate vanilla because chocolate rules my heart.  I just might say no thank you if you offer me vanilla ice cream. (But who am I kidding, I’ll say yes to almost any flavor of ice cream.)
