I want to take a minute to get really real with you. At The Beautiful Person, I want to create a space that will help you open your awareness to different ways of caring for you, as a whole person. I want to teach you the basics of fitness, mindfulness, and nourishing your body.
I have a BS in Science, a MA in Physical Education, and I am a Certified Athletic Trainer. I am not a doctor so if you have special needs for your body please consult a physician before taking any thing I say in to your life. I use essential oils, many spices, and I am interested in learning more about herbs and other nutritional aspects to share with you as I delve more in to my passion of living a healthy lifestyle.
Right now I am working on a couple of different income streams to help me live the life of my dreams. Along this journey my beautiful cousin (one of many) suggested I become a nutritionist. She recognizes how important healthy living is to me and I think she has made an excellent observation. I am planning to find a program that will find my needs to help me become a certified nurtitionist.
I love learning how the body works. Did you know that our bodies are miracles in and of themselves? They are. The human body is designed to heal and repair damage caused by the environment, lifestyle (Diet, exercise, disease), injury, and stress. But I believe that we can help by assisting, especially when we overtax and run ourselves ragged each and every day.
Most topics I will keep short and to the point. I want to give you little nuggets you can slip into your daily routine. I hope you’ll try it all! Some of you will have a 5 minute morning routine. Others have 20 minutes to themselves in the morning. If you have the pleasure of more time you are blessed. We are all blessed to be here. I want to help you find a routine that works for you. I’m at a point where I can get up and get going in 5 minutes with the bare essentials without feeling like I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I have worked for years now of achieving this flexibility. I’ll tell you my number one secret:
Give thanks with your first breath every morning. It’s truly been a life-changing gift to my life. When you make gratitude the attitude you have at the start of each day you’re going to have a good day.
Ultimately we are going to build healthy habits that work for each of us as individuals that can become seamless parts of a happy healthy beautiful person. I love suggestions on topics that interest you. Please share. I am grateful to be able to create this space and to help each of you become The Beautiful Person you are meant to be.
